Sports sponsorship is a way of promoting our brand, engaging our customers, inspiring our staff and connecting with the communities we serve.
I’ve worked with Pavilion for over 10 years, throughout this time we’ve worked on various small format jobs and large national promotions. Their ability to meet deadlines, provide quality and added value to each project is unparalleled in my experience.
Who we are
Every company says they are all about service - but we do feel that our success depends on ‘going the extra mile’, whether that be through creativity and innovation of the product or by ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. We also aim to share some fun and laughs on the way.
The team is lucky to have people who have worked in print and production for a number of years and bring a wealth of experience – we are also lucky to have creative (or is that slightly mad?) folks who will see possibilities that others miss.
David
Director/Head Coach
Many years experience in the world of marketing and promotions - David founded Pavilion. Dedicated road cyclist and fan of Northampton Saints rugby and Manchester United football teams.
Craig
Head of Sales
The one responsible for all things customer and customer facing. Craig has worked on many projects for some major and not so major brands. He is a keen sports fan who can be often found at the weekends watching the rugby or putting for +12 on a golf green.
Sarah
Finance Associate
Sarah works hard in our finance department to ensure that Pavilion stays afloat, whilst also helping to plan the company events and dinners. Sarah is a big tennis fan, having played semi-professionally when she was younger.
Andrew
Accounts Manager
Andy works hard to maintain relationships with manufacturers and factories all over the world, helping to bring you the best quality promotional products and best possible prices. Andy is a big Leeds United fan, but goes strangely quiet when the office talks about the Premier League.
Sam
Marketing Executive
Sam oversees everything that goes on the website, social media, and helps with everything design. You might also speak to him when trying to order. Sam loves both football and American football, but is a keen gym goer and loves his golf too. Go Dolphins!

HR
Sam is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and helps to keep the office a great place to work in. Her cheeriness and willingness to help all of us out with a problem is something that keep Pavilion going as strong as it is. Sam loves her cycling and spends her holidays hiking the world.
Beth
Marketing Assistant
What with exhibitions, a new website and more, Beth is around to help wherever she can, providing invaluable support to maintaining our positive image. A keen writer and ideas-woman, she comes up with many of the creative ideas we have. Beth loves her swimming and her gym time as well.
Will/Newbie
Office Assistant
A bright young mind, Newbie helps out all around the office, everything from filing to taking deliveries. When the paperwork gets on top of us all, which is often, Will lends his keen head to help us all. Will likes his winter sports, basketball and swims faster than Usain Bolt runs.
